Overview
PosterSplit is designed so core source processing and PDF generation happen on your device. The app does not require a PosterSplit account.
Source files
Photos, PDFs, SVGs and generated PDFs are handled locally by the app. They are not uploaded to a developer-operated server as part of the core workflow.
Purchases
In-app purchases, prices, receipts, entitlements and restore operations are processed by Apple through the App Store. PosterSplit receives purchase status needed to unlock features.
Support contact
If you contact support by email, the message, email address, attachments and information you choose to provide are used to respond to your request.
Diagnostics
Apple may provide crash reports or diagnostics according to your device settings. These reports are used to improve reliability and do not replace App Store purchase records.
Third-party services
The website may link to the App Store and email. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
Children
PosterSplit is a general creative tool and does not require an account. Please avoid sending children’s personal information or photos by support email.
Changes
This policy may be updated when features, legal requirements, operations or security practices change.
